What data we process

Browsing data: minimal technical information (such as your language preference or essential cookies) needed for the website to work correctly.

Data you provide: if you email us or sign up in the app (app.qomanda.es), we process the data you give us (for example, name and email) to handle your request or set up your account.

Only if you accept advertising measurement, we retain Google ad click identifiers and associate them with your restaurant's completed registration and first paid subscription. Information sent to Google includes the click identifier, date, amount and a conversion identifier that prevents duplicates; it does not include diners' data, email addresses or phone numbers.

Purpose and legal basis

We use your data to provide the service, respond to your enquiries and keep the site secure. The legal basis is the performance of your request or a contract, your consent where applicable, and our legitimate interest in operating and protecting the site.

Optional visit statistics and advertising measurement are based on your consent. You can reject them separately or withdraw consent using Privacy settings without affecting the service. We do not use these data for personalised advertising.

Retention

We keep data for as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected and to meet our legal obligations.

We remember your privacy choices for 180 days. Ad click attribution and related conversions are retained for up to 90 days after the click. Withdrawing consent removes pending attribution associated with your choice; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of previous processing or retrospectively erase aggregate reports already generated.

Recipients

We rely on technology providers that help us operate (for example, hosting and email delivery), always with appropriate safeguards. We do not sell your data to third parties.

With your consent, we use Umami and Vercel for visit statistics and Google Ads, provided in the European Economic Area by Google Ireland Limited, for advertising measurement. These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under their data protection terms and applicable safeguards, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses. See each provider's privacy policy for their processing and your choices.

Your guests' data in the app

When you use Qomanda as a restaurant, you are the controller of your guests' data and Alture acts as processor, under the corresponding data processing agreement.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to hola@qomanda.es. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
