Yes. We help you bring over your customer base and history from an export of your current system, and set up your floor plan and services so you start with everything in place. You don't have to drop your old system on day one: you can run both during the 30-day trial and switch fully once you're sure Qomanda covers your operation.

Not long. Creating the account and taking phone or manual bookings is a matter of minutes. What takes a bit more is tailoring it to your liking: drawing your floor plan, setting services and capacities, and embedding the booking engine on your website. You can have the essentials ready in an afternoon and fine-tune the rest calmly during the 30-day trial.

It works in the browser on any device: phone, tablet and computer. The panel is built for the floor, so you can manage bookings, tables and statuses from your phone in the middle of service. And it's real-time: if a colleague moves a table from another device, you see it instantly.

Yes. Qomanda includes a booking engine you embed on your site with an iframe, without depending on third-party portals. Guests book without leaving your page, in Spanish or English, and you can adjust the accent color to match your brand. Bookings land straight in your panel.

No. Zero commission per booking and zero per cover. You pay €49/month per restaurant, full stop. We think that's the fair way: if you fill the restaurant through your own work, that credit (and that money) is yours, not ours.

Us — the Alture team, the same people who build the product. We support you through setup and are available to answer questions in your day-to-day. We're not an outsourced call center: you talk to people who know the tool inside out.

The management panel is in Spanish, built for your floor team. The public booking engine is in Spanish and English, so an international guest can book in English with no trouble. Our main market is Spain; if you need more languages in the engine, tell us.

Your data and your guests' data belong to you. We operate under the GDPR: you're the data controller and we're the processor, with access restricted per restaurant. You can export your bookings and customer base whenever you want (for example as CSV), so you're never locked in. And if you ever leave, you take your data with you.
