What changes when you replace a paper book.
Paper lets you write down a booking, but sharing changes means notifying everyone. A spreadsheet lets you sort rows, although table status and regular guest profiles often live elsewhere.
A digital book connects date, service, party size, guest and booking status. Staff consult the same information, with permissions based on their role. It does not remove the need to coordinate: it helps the team work from shared data.
Day view for service; month view for planning.
Day view brings bookings, floor plan and service timeline together. Distinguish a pending booking from a confirmed one, record arrival and follow table status. Month view provides a wider perspective for preparing a week or a specific date.
For phone bookings, confirm the date, time, party size and contact details. Before service, review groups, notes and issues. Software alone cannot correct a date entered incorrectly.
A book that remembers the guest.
Bookings relate to guest profiles: history, notes and tags help staff prepare the welcome. The CRM also supports the 14 allergens covered by the product.
Collect only the information needed for service and review notes with staff. A recorded allergy still requires confirmation with the guest and coordination with the kitchen; the profile supports that process.
How to move bookings without disrupting the week.
Choose a changeover date and review future bookings before opening the public engine. Check for unrecorded requests in your notebook or messages. You can import guests by CSV and ask the team to review the migration.
The 30-day trial lets you check the panel against your workflow. If two systems overlap during transition, define which one controls each date and channel: avoid publishing independent availability for the same seats.
Before you make the move.
What restaurants thinking about switching usually ask us. No fine print.
No. It is a web application with a connected reservation book, floor plan, statuses, CRM and booking engine. It runs in the browser.
Check it with your restaurant’s own bookings.
