Dining room, terrace and every table

Restaurant table management. See the floor before making a decision.

A list tells you who is coming. The plan tells you where they are and which table is available. Qomanda combines both views with the service timeline: assign bookings, record arrivals and check service status in one panel.

  • Unlimited bookings
  • Engine, floor plan and CRM included

Map the restaurant you actually run.

Configure your plan with tables and their capacities. Distinguishing the dining room from the terrace helps staff read occupancy and avoids bookings becoming names without seats. The aim is for staff to recognise the venue when opening the screen.

Before starting, check table numbering and capacities. Keep a shared rule for seating changes during service and update table status when it changes, rather than at the end.

From pending to the bill: statuses everyone understands.

The panel distinguishes service stages such as pending, confirmed, arrived, seated and bill requested. Status helps staff understand what is happening without asking several colleagues the same question.

The plan is useful during service and beforehand: review groups, special requests and bookings still awaiting confirmation. A free table on the drawing is not necessarily available at every time; check it against the timeline and service bookings.

Services and a timeline to understand timing.

The plan shows space. The timeline adds time: it helps you review arrivals and the sequence of service. Capacity and schedule management define availability for the online engine.

Use durations that fit your kitchen and guests. If you shorten them too much to sell more seats, software cannot stop arrivals overlapping tables that are still occupied. Review settings against a representative service before increasing capacity.

When the room is full, organise the wait too.

Qomanda includes a waitlist for guests who want a table. When space opens up, staff can review whom to seat based on party size and real availability.

For sending orders from those tables to the kitchen, activate Comandas. It is a separate module from the booking fee, connecting waiter ordering, KDS and QR, with pricing on request.
