Qomanda publishes a €49/month + VAT reservation plan per restaurant. Its own engine, digital diary, floor plan and CRM are included; optional modules and services are explained separately. Try it for 30 days without a card.

Compare both quotes in the same worksheet: the plan you need, optional services you would activate and annual cost. Avoid comparing a basic plan with one that includes additional services.
Subscription, channels and payments: separate each cost.
Ask which bookings the subscription covers, which originate from channels with separate conditions, and what is billed for prepayments, executed guarantees or messages. Request written rates and check for minimums or additional services.
Qomanda does not charge per booking or guest on your direct channels. Stripe applies its fees for deposits; SMS and voice bot have usage costs, and Comandas is an optional module.

List what you actually need: website engine, floor plan, CRM, shifts, groups or integrations. Test a reservation and cancellation with staff. A long feature list cannot replace that check.

During the 30-day trial you can configure tables and shifts, test the engine on your website and review profiles with staff. If migrating from another provider, first review the export file: CSV import depends on available fields and does not guarantee automatically transferring your entire reservation history.
