Behind Qomanda there's a Granada team that picks up the phone.
Qomanda is a product of ALTURE DIGITAL SL —Alture—, a Granada studio that has spent years building websites for restaurants. We build the tool and we answer the support: the same people. That's why the price is published, there are no per-diner commissions, and what restaurants ask us for ends up inside the product.
We started building restaurant websites.
Alture is a Granada studio. A good part of our work is restaurant websites: menus, bookings, local SEO, photography. We've spent years inside the same problem, from the side of the person paying the bill.
And the pattern kept repeating. Restaurants filling up thanks to their kitchen, their neighbourhood and word of mouth, and still paying a commission for every guest who sat down. Bookings arriving through someone else's portal, with the guest belonging to the portal and not the restaurant. Prices nobody knew until they talked to a salesperson.
Qomanda came from that: so a restaurant can run its bookings without paying a toll on work it already does. That's exactly what it does today, for €49 a month.
Three things you get from day one.
The price, in plain sight. €49 a month per restaurant, published on the website. No custom quotes, no "on request", no depending on how well you negotiate: you know what you'll pay before you talk to anyone.
Zero per-cover commissions. If you fill the restaurant, the credit is yours and so is the money. We charge for the software, not a percentage of your work. That's the difference between a tool and a middleman.
No lock-in, and your data is yours. Cancel whenever you want and take your customer base and history with you in a CSV. You stay because the tool works, not because a contract holds you.
You talk to the people who build the product.
When you write, someone who knows the tool inside out replies. There's no outsourced call centre reading a script, no ticket bouncing between three departments: the person who answers is the person who can fix it — because they built it.
That also means the product moves fast, in the direction the restaurants using it point to. CSV customer import, the twelve-language booking engine, deposits against no-shows: all of it came out of conversations with floor staff, not a roadmap written on a whiteboard.
And Qomanda is built with today's dining room in front of it, with no twenty years of inherited layers on top. If something's missing, say so: that's literally how what comes next gets decided.
We do one thing: bookings. And we do all of it.
Qomanda isn't a Swiss army knife, and that's deliberate. It's your restaurant's booking system, complete: your own engine embedded on your website in 12 auto-detected languages, a floor plan with shifts and capacities, a waitlist, a CRM with 14 allergens, notes and VIP tags, analytics on no-shows, booking source and occupancy, Google reviews in the same dashboard, and card deposits on your own Stripe account. All for €49/month, with no modules quoted separately.
And if you also want to handle ordering, we have our own module: the waiter orders from the same floor plan where the table is seated, the kitchen sees it instantly on its screen, and guests can order by QR. It's a separate add-on, not a third-party integration you have to reconcile.
You're a straight fit if you already generate your own bookings and want to stop paying commission on them, if you'd rather know what you pay before you sign, and if you want to deal with a team that answers inside your service window. Start with 30 days free, no card.
In Granada, and it shows.
We work from Granada, with a good part of our clients in the city and across Andalusia. That's not a marketing detail: it means we know first-hand how a dining room runs here —the services, the weekend rhythm, the weight of international tourism— because we see it up close.
If you have a restaurant in Granada and would rather meet in person, we can. And if you're anywhere else, it works exactly the same: same product, same support.
Write to hola@qomanda.es and a person replies. Or open your account and try it free for 30 days, no card and no lock-in.
Before you make the move.
What restaurants thinking about switching usually ask us. No fine print.
Qomanda is a product of ALTURE DIGITAL SL ("Alture"), a digital studio based in Granada that has worked with restaurants for years. The same team that builds the product provides your support, so whoever answers you can actually fix it.
