An online booking needs to fit the service.
A form that only sends an email leaves staff to check whether there is room. A booking engine works from configured availability: opening days, services, intervals and guest limits.
In Qomanda, the booking enters your digital book and can be viewed beside the floor plan. You see it in the context of service and assign a table accordingly. Before going live, review every service limit and test an available date and a closed one.
On WordPress or a custom website.
The engine is embedded with an iframe: your website displays the Qomanda booking screen inside its own page. On WordPress, use a Custom HTML block; on a custom website, your developer adds the same code.
You can also share the restaurant’s public booking link in the channels you use. Adjust the accent colour and use a transparent background if your design needs it. Integration does not require replacing your website or installing a POS.
Twelve languages for guests from abroad.
The engine detects the device language and supports Spanish, English, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Catalan, Chinese, Japanese, Korean and Russian. This helps restaurants welcoming visitors who do not yet know the venue.
The floor configuration and services remain yours. On mobile, check that the booking button is visible, the form fits without horizontal scrolling and your policy messages are understandable to your guests.
Direct booking and attracting guests are two different jobs.
Qomanda manages guests who reach your website or link; it is not a marketplace that brings new customers by itself. You can keep other channels and use your own engine for direct traffic, social media and campaigns.
The engine is included in €49/month + VAT per restaurant. SMS and the voice bot are usage-based extras; payment gateways charge their own fees for deposits. Comandas is an optional module priced separately.
