A QR digital menu. Browse, order and stay at the table.
Each table can have a QR for browsing the menu and ordering by phone. Qomanda connects those orders with floor and kitchen service, with waiter approval if you prefer. It is part of Comandas, the optional module contracted separately.

A digital menu and self-ordering are different tools.
A QR opening a PDF is for reading. A self-ordering system lets guests select dishes and send an order for a table. Qomanda uses the Comandas menu to display products and manage the request within service.
Before enabling it, decide the experience you want: speaking with the waiter, ordering on a phone or combining both. Keep personal service available for guests who do not want to use their phone.
Photos, prices and allergens from one menu.
Organise categories and products with prices, photos and allergens. This menu feeds both waiter ordering and self-ordering so you do not have to maintain a different menu for each channel.
Review available dishes before service and check that photos match what you serve. Allergen information helps guests browse, but they must still be able to ask staff and confirm any special requirements.
You decide whether orders go straight to the kitchen.
QR orders can arrive directly or await waiter approval. Approval lets staff check the table and clarify requests before sending them to the kitchen. Direct submission suits a workflow and menu prepared for it.
Guests also have a button to call the waiter. Define who handles alerts and make sure the QR does not become an unanswered request for help.
Ordering by QR does not require online payment.
By default, guests can pay the waiter at the table. If you enable online payment, it runs through your restaurant’s Stripe account under the gateway’s terms.
QR and self-ordering belong to Comandas, priced on request. They are not included in the €49/month + VAT booking plan. Before you subscribe, we review your menu, service and payment workflow so the module fits your venue.
Before you make the move.
What restaurants thinking about switching usually ask us. No fine print.
