Bars, gastrobars and terraces

Booking software for bars. Organised tables, a smoother service.

If your bar accepts bookings for meals, groups or terrace tables, you need to know which seats are committed before seating walk-ins. Qomanda brings bookings, tables and guests together; you decide how much capacity goes online and how service is organised.

  • Unlimited bookings
  • Engine, floor plan and CRM included
  • No Qomanda per-booking commission

Bookings and walk-ins can coexist.

In a gastrobar, the problem is not always filling seats: sometimes it is accepting groups without knowing when a table will free up. A booking list and floor plan help you see existing commitments.

You do not need to offer the entire venue through the engine. Set online capacity to match the tables you want to reserve and leave room for regular walk-ins. Review the split by service and day of the week.

One shared approach for terrace and dining room.

Configure the floor plan so staff recognise the venue. Before service, review group bookings, area requests and issues. If terrace capacity depends on the weather, avoid offering seats you cannot accommodate indoors when conditions change.

The plan helps staff understand the room; operational decisions remain with your team. Keep numbering and statuses current so the next colleague can continue service.

Bookings from your website or your bar’s link.

Your own engine lets guests check dates and times without waiting for a phone call. Embed it on your website or share the public link. Bookings reach the same panel staff use.

The fee is €49/month + VAT per venue, with no Qomanda per-booking commission. It is not a discovery portal: use it for traffic from your brand, website and acquisition activity.

When you want to connect orders, kitchen and QR.

Comandas lets waiters take orders on a phone, send them to the kitchen display and offer QR self-ordering. It can help where distance between terrace, bar and kitchen creates repeated trips.

It is optional and contracted separately. Before choosing it, we review your service workflow and devices. Start by checking booking management during the free trial.

Questions

Before you make the move.

What restaurants thinking about switching usually ask us. No fine print.

It depends on your workflow. If you book groups, meals or particular tables, the book and plan can help. If you never reserve tables, first decide whether you need booking management or only ordering.

Check it with your restaurant’s own bookings.
