What the provider publishes and what to confirm.

OpenTable UK offers Core and Pro with pricing by quote. Its published standard contract is one year, with cover fees for seated diners from its network; own-website, phone and walk-in bookings do not incur that fee. We do not apply German or Mexican prices to the UK. Compare your local quote, its acquisition channels and the integrations your restaurant uses.

When Qomanda might fit your restaurant.

OpenTable combines management with a marketplace that can generate demand. Qomanda manages direct reservations and tables; it does not offer an equivalent audience. Keep external acquisition while evaluating your own engine for traffic already reaching your restaurant. Synchronisation between the systems is not guaranteed.

Test a night of service, alongside the price.

Configure your floor plan and lunch and dinner services. Add a phone booking and one from the engine; check arrival, guest notes and the assigned table on a phone. This lets you evaluate the tool in circumstances similar to your staff’s actual service.

No card is required during the trial. If you continue, the fee is €49/month + VAT per restaurant, billed in euros. SMS and the voice bot are usage-based extras; Stripe charges its fees for deposits. Orders and QR menus are a separately priced optional module.

Plan the switch around future bookings.

Ask your current provider which export formats are available and which data you can reuse. Importing guests does not migrate the full booking history, payments or every future booking. Review fields, permissions and duplicates before importing.

Choose a changeover date and which system controls availability. Synchronisation with the previous provider is not promised. Qomanda support is provided in English and Spanish through the app and email; important matters can be handled by phone after contacting customer support.

Questions

Before you make the move.

What restaurants thinking about switching usually ask us. No fine print.

Qomanda manages your restaurant’s bookings and tables. Its engine receives traffic from your website and shared links. It does not replace a portal’s audience by itself; you can keep other channels if they work for you.

Check it with your restaurant’s own bookings.
